Holds

Student accounts receive a hold when payment or paperwork is due.

This could include tuition, fees, health forms, financial aid forms, Loan Entrance/Exit Counseling, charges for housing, or late fees for library books

Holds affect students being able to register for classes, receive grades, or apply for graduation.

All charges must be paid in full, when due, to complete the registration process and avoid late payment fees.

Collections and Late Fees
Student accounts that are not resolved by the end of the semester will be placed with a collection agency.

All collection fees (collection agency fees, attorney fees, etc.) incurred by the University in the collection of tuition, fees, and room and board are the responsibility of the student.
