Bullying Policy
Cabrini University defines “bullying” as any intentional electronic, written, verbal, or physical act, or series of acts directed at another student or students that occurs in the University setting; is severe, persistent, or pervasive; and has the effect of substantially interfering with a student’s education, creating a threatening environment, or substantially disrupting the orderly operation of the institution.
Within this definition, “University setting” encompasses anywhere on the University’s grounds, all institutional facilities and equipment, within University-owned vehicles, and at any activity sponsored, supervised, or sanctioned by the University.
Students who engage in acts of bullying are subject to the full range of sanctions outlined in the Community Standards for Student Conduct.
