Requesting a Transcript

PLEASE NOTE: After closure on June 30, 2024, access to Cabrini’s student academic records will be retained by Villanova University. Details regarding procedures to request official academic transcripts are still being finalized and will be announced as the designated transition date draws closer. You will always be able to request copies of your transcripts. At this time, please follow the intsructions below.

Cabrini University official transcripts are complete records of enrollment and include undergraduate and graduate coursework.

Instructions for Transcript Requests:
Requests for transcripts are made electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse. Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.

You can order multiple transcripts to be sent to various recipients via online or mail delivery methods. Your credit card will only be charged after your order has been completed. All charges are non-refundable. Order updates are available via text message and email.

Transcripts can also be processed in-person, please visit the Cavalier Express Center in Grace Hall. Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted in person. Credit cards are not accepted in-person.

The following conditions will prevent transcript requests from being processed. 

• Certain holds, including financial holds, will prevent transcript requests from being processed. Contact the Cavalier Express Center to inquire about a hold on your account
• Email, fax & telephone requests/delivery will not be honored

Special Delivery Transcript Fees:

In-person requests with on-demand print and delivery & Express U.S. Mail Delivery will incur additional fees.
