FLAUNT 22
Cabrini University’s Juried Student Art Exhibition

The Gorevin Gallery and the Visual + Performing Arts Department at Cabrini University will host FLAUNT 22, a juried student art exhibition this fall. Students from across the campus are invited to participate in this showcase of Cabrini artistic talent.

Submission is open to all students in all majors currently enrolled at Cabrini. The exhibit accepts artwork in all media. All submissions must be original.

Entries will be juried on originality and craftsmanship by the V+PA faculty. Selected works will be presented in a physical exhibition in the Gorevin Gallery from October 6 to November 18, 2022. An opening reception featuring the student artists and their work will be on October 6th.

Submission & Eligibility:

• All submissions must be completed online.
• Work must be submitted by September 19^th at 5 pm.
• Students may be upload up to (2) images per submission.
  • Image(s) must be in .jpeg file format.
    • 800–1200 pixels in size
    • 72dpi
    • The file size is less than 5 mb
  • Please make sure the image(s) you submit are clear and a good representation of your work as their will be displayed digitally for the virtual opening reception and will be the only opportunity the juror has to judge your work
  • Poor quality images may result in the rejection of the submission.
  • Backgrounds should be cropped out whenever possible.
  • If a background is necessary, for example sculpture, it should be fully considered and neutral so as not to distract from the artwork.
• All media are eligible for consideration.

  • Printmaking (intaglio, relief, screen printing)
  • Photography
  • Digital Art
  • Sculpture
• Students may submit up to (3) pieces for review. Students must complete a separate entry form for each submission.
• Exhibition acceptance will be determined by the jury, and all decisions by the jury will be final.
• All accepted artwork must be ready to hang by September 28.
• Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
