Students at Casino Night on campus

Do you think you are getting bored on campus?

If you get bored on campus, just step out of your dorm room and check out all the activities on campus. There are more than 50 clubs on campus and more than 250 activities and events each year. Plus, there are always activities connected with other local campuses.

Some of the activities on campus are LEADStrong, CAP Board, clubs, and the Student Government. LEADStrong is an organization that helps all students find out what kind of leader they are how they can use that in their major. It can help with leadership skill developments in the classroom and in future jobs. I found that LEADStrong helped when I found myself mentoring a few first-year students. CAP Board is an organization that creates activities. Throughout the school year, there are always activities that are highly recommended for all students to attend for a study break, including comedy shows, trips to New York, movie nights, or even trips to professional athletic events, just to name a few.

Feel like playing sports but don’t want to be on any of the school’s Division III athletic teams? There are a lot of club teams and intramural teams, including flag football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball.

There are always opportunities to join clubs, and if none of the clubs fit what you're looking for, you can start your own. You never know who else has the same interests as you.

If you are still bored, there is the Cabrini shuttle, which goes to the King of Prussia Mall and to Walmart. Still bored? The shuttle also goes to the train stations (R5 and R100) which both go to Center City Philadelphia where there are a lot of stores and other activities. Make sure that you are back at the Radnor train stations before 10:30pm, which is the last time the shuttle runs to the train.
