Hello! My name is Rachael Tygh and I am a Marketing major and Human Resources minor here at Cabrini University. This is my first post as part of the blogger team. I am so happy to have the opportunity to share my random thoughts and opinions with all of you!
When I say that I am excited to share my random thoughts, I just mean that my mind is always thinking of something new because I have an interest in an array of topics. One day you can find me in the gym, and the next I could be in New York City seeing my favorite Broadway show...see what I mean? I often think that I have too many interests, but I want to share many of them with the Cabrini family through these blogs. You just never know who may share the same interests and hobbies as you.
Let’s finish up with a little bit more about myself. I grew up in Philadelphia and I commute to Cabrini. I attended high school just down the road at Archbishop John Carroll High School. I still attend football games at my high school (don’t judge me) here and there and I enjoy giving back to my high school in any way that I can. I am passionate about their campus ministry and sports teams. After graduation this spring, I will be diving into the slightly intimidating, okay HIGHLY INTIMIDATING adult world of obtaining a job. I am not sure what job yet, but my ultimate goal in life is to become a clothing buyer, which comes from my love for fashion. One day I will come to school in sweatpants and another I could be in a dress and fun shoes that I really did not need to buy. I think all clothes are interesting because they express to others what type of mood you are in that day.
I hope that you now have an idea of who I am. I also hope that you all can bear with me and my fast-paced mind. My fingers cannot type fast enough to keep up with all my thoughts, so I will stop myself here, until next week!
