Miller—who most recently served as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management & Interim Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in Wisconsin—will begin his new role at Cabrini on December 3.

“Dr. Miller’s passion for higher education and holistic approach to student success from recruitment to graduation was what impressed me the most about him,” said Donald B. Taylor, PhD, President of Cabrini University. “He has a wealth of executive experience overseeing admissions, retention, and student success at both private and public institutions. I look forward to Brandon leading our enrollment efforts as we continue to grow and execute on our strategic plan.”

“I am deeply humbled and excited to be joining the Cabrini family,” Miller said. “I am looking forward to partnering with colleagues and community members to help position Cabrini University as a first-choice destination and ensure student success for a variety of learners.”

During his tenure at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Miller was responsible for all aspects of enrollment management. Additionally, his focus was on constructing and executing a new and successful recruitment plan, leading the inaugural Wisconsin LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Higher Education Summit, and directing institutional activities, programs, and services to support access, recruitment, enrollment, and degree completion efforts.

Miller has also served as the Director of Enrollment Management and Retention at Texas A&M University-Central Texas, Principal Strategic Management Consultant at Ellucian, a provider of higher education software, and was the Assistant Vice President of Student Success at Baylor University.

Miller has presented nationally on higher education, student success, and is also part of many national professional affiliations. In his free time, Miller enjoys volunteering for nonprofit organizations in his community.

“In every conversation and interaction, the genuine passion for Cabrini’s distinct mission and values were undeniable,” Miller said. “I felt at home immediately.”

Miller earned a doctorate in higher education from the University of North Texas, a masters in higher education administration from Texas Tech University, and earned his baccalaureate degree in Psychology from Baylor University.
