Posted on 7/14/2015 7:27:00 AM

RADNOR, Pa. (July 14, 2015)—The Cabrini Department of Athletics is excited to invite its alumni and friends to participate in the inaugural Cabrini Athletics Golf Outing. The golf outing, scheduled for Monday, Oct. 5 at Chester Valley Country Club, will benefit the Cavaliers’ 17 NCAA Division III programs.

“The history of Cabrini College Athletics is filled with remarkable individuals, sterling moments, and a sense of pride and community that carries on today,” Director of Athletics and Recreation Brad Koch said. “The Cabrini Athletics Golf Outing will create an opportunity to bring members of the Cabrini family together to celebrate and benefit the experience of our current student-athletes.

“This event will become a staple of this department for years to come while serving as a significant aid to the development of our programs.”

The golf outing is set for a 1 p.m. shotgun start at Chester Valley Country Club in Malvern, PA. A buffet lunch will be served at noon and a buffet dinner with silent auction will follow golf. Cost per foursome is $600 and cost per individual golfer is $150.

All proceeds will benefit more than 300 Cabrini student-athletes through special trips, apparel purchases, facility enhancements and more.

If you are interested in participating as a foursome or individual golfer, or are interested in being a sponsor for the golf outing, please visit the Cabrini Athletics Golf Outing.

If you cannot participate, but would like to make an impact on the Cabrini athletic programs with a gift through the CAVS Fund, please visit the Cavs Fund.
