Approval, Accreditation, and Associations
Cabrini University's Nursing program is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing to offer a Bachelors in Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Upon completion of the BSN program, graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN examination to become licensed registered nurses (RNs), and to apply for RN licensure in most states within the US.
Cabrini University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) to grant the Bachelors in Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Cabrini's Nursing Program is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN).
Cabrini's Nursing Program is a member of Pennsylvania Higher Education Nursing Schools, Association is a statewide organization, which helps baccalaureate and higher degree nursing education programs in Pennsylvania plan and implement programs for growth, development and advancement. PHENSA provides a forum and meeting place for those who lead schools of nursing to assemble, learn about the current healthcare issues, discuss ideas and strategies, and plan for nursing’s future.
