Phi Alpha 

Social Work majors who meet the criteria are invited to join Kappa Upsilon, Cabrini’s chapter of Phi Alpha, a national honor society established to provide a closer bond among social work students and promote humanitarian goals and ideas.

Phi Alpha fosters high standards of education for social workers and invites into membership those who have:

• declared social work as their major,
• achieved sophomore status
• completed eight semester hours of social work courses
• attained a QPA of 3.0 and a 3.25 in social work courses
