Housing Accommodations
In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Cabrini University has established procedures to ensure that students with documented disabilities have equal access to campus housing resources and receive housing assignments that reasonably meet their needs as required by law.

Single Housing Room Accommodation Procedure
Students who wish to request a single housing room accommodation need to register with the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) and complete the following steps:
- Complete and return the ARC Support Services Application
- Complete and return the student section (pg. 2) of the ARC Housing Accommodation Request form
- Provide appropriate psychological documentation, from a licensed healthcare provider complete and return the Healthcare Provider section (pg. 3-4) of the ARC Housing Accommodation Request form. The medical professional must send all relevant information to the ARC via email arc@cabrini.edu, fax 610.902.8441, or mail to Cabrini University, 610 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA, 19087.
Please note that a submitted application does not indicate that a student has been approved for housing accommodations. Requests for housing accommodations are carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure equal access. Additionally, submitting a request for a single room due to wanting a quiet place to study may not meet the criteria for a single room based on a disability. As an example, a student who requires personal medical equipment to manage a health condition may need a single room.
Priority Deadlines for Housing Accommodation Requests
- Fall – June 1
- Spring – November 17
*Requests submitted after the priority deadline will be processed by availability and on a first come first serve basis.
