Here at Cabrini, like most colleges, there is a wide variety of things to do on the weekend. However, Cabrini, being in the location that it's in, offers a lot of unique opportunities on the weekend.
Obviously, hanging out with your friends is an option, but if you're feeling adventurous, fun is not far away. The Cabrini SEaL office offers multiple activities such as field trips to DC, busses to Sky Zone Trampoline Park or ski trips to Blue Mountain in the Poconos. Plus, many of the great Cavalier sports teams hold their games on the weekends. Throw on your Blue and White gear and come to support your school!
The Cabrini Shuttle service also runs all day until 11pm. The shuttle is a way for you to get just about anywhere you need. The shuttle could take you to the King of Prussia Mall, where you can find a selection of great restaurants and so many stores. The shuttle could also take you to Lancaster Avenue. The main street in Wayne is jam packed with restaurants like Chili's or Minella's Diner, or a wide range of stores like Giant or Wawa. The last place shuttle will take you, but most important, is the train station. The Paoli Thorndale line or the Norristown High Speed line are your main access to Philadelphia. Take the train and visit a friend at Temple or St. Joe's. Go in for a good old Philly cheesesteak at Pat's or Gino's. Take a day to explore the wonderful art at the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art. Grab some tickets and catch one of the great Philadelphia sports teams.
At Cabrini, your possibilities are endless, there's fun around every corner!
