Choosing Cabrini
When I first began my hunt for a university, I was excited because this would be the first time in my life that I got to choose where I wanted to get my education from. However, I wasn’t quite sure where to start.
Deanna Schmidt
Class of 2017Deanna is a graduate of the class of 2017. As an English major, Deanna was involved in the production of Cabrini’s literary magazine, Woodcrest, as the Submissions Manager. She was a member of Cabrini’s dance team for two years, performing at all of the men’s basketball and lacrosse games as well as taking part in competitions against other teams. She was also a member of the Honors Program as well as a number of honors societies.
During the fall semester of her senior year, Deanna studied abroad for three months in London. It was the best experience of her life, and she hopes to one day follow a career path that allows her to travel again.
