The first snow of the season is always a magical experience. As the white flurries fall from the open sky, the holidays seem just around the corner, and motivation to complete assignments ignites in the hearts of students everywhere.
Cabrini's campus looks absolutely beautiful as the blanket of snow puts the semester to rest after four long months. While attending to final assignments is important, I hope that all the students on and around campus today took some time to enjoy the snowfall with their friends. Taking the time to relax and have fun is incredibly important in a student's life, especially during this time of year.
So now that there's one week left, now that the end is in sight, buckle down and get your work done so that you can enjoy days like today without worrying about your assignments. Try to frontload your work as best as possible so that you can coast through the week, and not cram before deadlines.
The snow today was a beautiful reminder that there are beautiful moments ahead, full of family, joy, and hope. While stress may be overloading now, in less than a week it will all be in the past, and you can enjoy the holidays with your friends and family.
Good luck in finals, and Happy Holidays everyone!
