In June 2016, Nancy (Battaglia) Gustafson (’66) was recognized as an Unsung Heroine of Massachusetts during a celebration at the State House in Boston.

On Friday, Nov. 4, Cabrini University will host the second Cabrini Visionaries Gala, honoring the power of education and celebrating the individuals who embody the true spirit of Cabrini. Proceeds from the black-tie-optional celebration will go toward enhancing the student experience, helping to serve Cabrini’s mission of providing an Education of the Heart for our students.

RADNOR, Pa. (Oct.12, 2016)—On Oct. 26-27, Cabrini University will hold a National Conference on Body Image to examine ways to combat body shaming and champion acceptance. Whitney Way Thore, TLC reality star and founder of No Body Shame, will provide the keynote on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m.

RADNOR, Pa. (Oct. 11, 2016)—On Oct. 25, Cabrini will welcome Pedro Rivera, Pennsylvania Secretary of Education, as an Executive in Residence. Hosted by Cabrini’s Nerney Leadership Institute, the program brings renowned leaders to campus to discuss how their leadership style is impacted by a commitment to service.

RADNOR, Pa. (Oct. 7, 2016)—On the heels of its transition to University status, Cabrini has seen a continued rise in undergraduate enrollment which has increased consecutively for the past three years. The rise in enrollment advances the University’s strategic plan—the 2020 Roadmap—which outlines ways to ensure diversification, sustainable growth, and expanded outreach through July 2020.
