Mens swim team AEC Champions

Cabrini’s men’s and women’s swim teams successfully defended their Atlantic East Conference (AEC) titles on Feb. 14–16, after clinching inaugural AEC championships in 2019. The win marked the women’s third consecutive conference crown and fourth overall.

The accolades rolled in as junior Cameron Mousley was named Atlantic East Men's Swimmer of the Year for the second year in a row, and head coach Cindy Ikeler and assistants Josh PaceBreaghann Smith (’14), and Ryan Hagan (’18) also swept the men's and women's Coaching Staff of the Year honors. It was also Ikeler’s fourth consecutive and sixth Coach of the Year honor in her eight seasons at Cabrini.

Outside the pool, the women’s academic achievements received national recognition from the Collegiate Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the fall 2019 semester. To qualify for the honor, teams must have a combined GPA of 3.0 or higher.
