RADNOR, Pa. (July 9, 2019)—Cabrini University's Master's in Data Science program has been named second among the best master’s in data science online degree programs by Data Science Degree Programs Guide.
Published this spring, the national rankings included the top 30 programs, as determined by the guide, which also identified the Cabrini program as one of the most affordable online Master’s degrees in Data Science for 2019.
The rankings were created using the National Center for Education Statistics’ College Navigator database. Programs were selected and ranked based on the average tuition, 100-percent online content, concentration areas, and the student-to-faculty ratio.
Cabrini’s online Master’s in Data Science program is designed for students who want to develop the skills needed for big data innovation. Students will learn programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL and become proficient in Tableau, SAS, Hadoop, and Apache Spark. Most students can complete the program in just 24 months, including the time to complete either an internship experience or capstone project. Class size is intentionally kept small to give online students the extra support they need for success.
