Housing Layout Options
Not all housing options are available to all students.
West Residence Hall, the Cabrini Apartment Complex, and Valley Forge Apartments are typically reserved for juniors and seniors.
Sophomores are typically housed in the residential houses (Maguire, Dixon, Infante, McManus, Casey, and Sullivan Houses).
Cabrini Apartment Complex
A maximum of 20 apartments are available in the Cabrini Apartment Complex in 4-, 5-, or 6-person arrangements.
West Residence Hall
A maximum of 25 suites are available in 4-, 5-, or 6‑person arrangements.
East Residence Hall
The number of single, double, and triple rooms available in East Residence Hall at the time of Housing Selection varies greatly each year.
These drawings are not to scale, but provided to show different layouts.
Many students are able to select housing for their sophomore year in one of the residential houses.
Each house has room for approximately 15–20 students in a variety of single, double, triple, and quad rooms. Dixon House is the one exception, with space for approximately 70-75 students.
All houses are carpeted, air-conditioned, two-story buildings with a common kitchen, lounge space, and shared bathrooms on both floors.
Some houses may be co-ed by floor, or single-sex.
Housing Options for Commuters
Commuter students do not participate in Housing Selection, and rooms cannot be “saved” for commuter students by current residents.
Current commuter students who wish to live on campus may email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the housing waitlist.
When students add themselves to the waitlist, Residence Life may contact them to offer a housing assignment at any time.
