Diseases of the Mind: Highlights of American Psychiatry through 1900
Diseases of the Mind is a permanent online exhibit from the National Library of Medicine. It is divided into five sections, each of which contains illustrations and links to outside resources. The full text of Medical Inquiries and Observations upon Diseases of the Mind by Benjamin Rush, the “father” of American psychiatry, is also linked.
