Information Technology and Resources (ITR)
The Office of Information Technology and Resources (ITR) at Cabrini University handles email accounts for students, faculty, and staff, as well as computer equipment, software, networking, shared drives, and on-campus wireless.
Contact for Support
The first point of contact for all support requests is the Personal Support Center (PSC) provided by Collegis Education, available 24/7/365. When necessary, the PSC will escalate support requests to the on-site ITR staff.

Classroom Technology Support
Instructors requiring technology support in the classroom should contact the PSC by calling 610-902-8366. You will be then be transferred to the on-site ITR office for immediate assistance.
Conference and Event Equipment Request
If computer equipment will be required for an event you are hosting or coordinating, please include the following information in your request to Conference and Event Planning (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Your Name
- Equipment Needed (Projector, Laptop, DVD player, etc)
- Location (Building and room)
- Date, Start, and End Time
ITR asks that equipment requests are made as early as possible to ensure equipment and staff availability. ITR will arrive about 15 minutes prior to your requested start time or if possible set up the equipment in a secure location well in advance.
