Room Reservations
Cabrini faculty and staff can reserve rooms on campus using the EMS system.
EMS Instructions
- Log on to http://ems.cabrini.edu
- Enter user name and password.
- User name is short Cabrini email address:
- initials and numbers ending with “@cabrini.edu”
- Initial password: “password”
- To edit, select “My Account” and “Edit My Account.”
- User name is short Cabrini email address:
- Select “Reservations” tab and then “Room Request” or “Extended Time Room Requestor.”
- Select the date, time, and facility (building).
- Add the number of attendance.
- Select the blue “Find Space” button.
- Review available spaces on the right and click the (+) plus sign next to the room you’d like to request.
- Select “Continue.”
- Complete all the required form fields, marked with a red star.
- Add audio visual, conference phone, and/or lock/unlock if necessary.
- Select “Submit.”
All requests must be made at least three working days in advance.
- This is only a request.
- The space is not scheduled until the request has been approved.
If a request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
