Ryan A. Colyer, PhD

Assistant Professor of Physics

Ryan A. Colyer, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Physics. Prior to joining Cabrini, Colyer served as a software engineer for a biotech start-up where he developed scientific analysis and control software for a new ellipsometry imaging device.

Colyer completed post-doctoral research at the Shimon Weiss Group at the University of California, Los Angeles and served as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Fluoresence Dynamics.

He earned a Bachelor of Science at Allegheny College and his doctoral and master's degrees at the University of Illinois.
