Pre-K–4 Education Major

The Pre-K–4 Education program is designed to prepare students to make sound judgments concerning the needs, abilities, and behavior of young children and to plan curriculum, materials, and teaching strategies conducive to a good learning environment in grades Pre-K–4.

Education majors are required to complete ELE 386 and PHY 120 concurrently and ELE 387 and BIO 121 concurrently as their core requirements.
