Master of Science in Leadership (MSL)
This 30-credit program is designed for working professionals who want the skills and confidence to take on more leadership responsibility in their careers.

Regardless of your field or industry, this MBA alternative is designed to give you the tools needed to take the next step while providing the balance and flexibility needed for work and family.

Minor and Certificate

The minor in Leadership Studies requires 18 credits, including a Gateway course that may also count towards a major or core-curriculum requirement and is usually taken during a student’s first year.

The certificate program includes 6 credits and allows students participating in the LEADStrong program the opportunity to acquire knowledge of leadership theories to complement their leadership activities.

Students completing the certificate will receive the designation “Certificate in Leadership Studies” on their academic transcript when they graduate.
