Nathaniel Pearson, PhD

Assistant Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development
Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Leadership Program

Nathaniel Pearson, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development and Program Coordinator for the Master of Science in Leadership at Cabrini University. His research interests include meaningful work, engagement, servant-leadership, and team/workplace dynamics. 

Prior to coming to Cabrini, Pearson served as an Assistant Professor in the Leadership Studies program at West Virginia University. In addition, Nate has worked as the Director of a nonprofit social services program, a family therapist, and an associate pastor.  He has been a part of leadership and service initiatives in Japan, the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, and throughout the United States.

Nate holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Regent University.
