The Business and Leadership Graduate Programs are:
Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in Organization Development and Change
This 70-credit doctoral program allows mid- and senior-level executives from all sectors of the workplace the opportunity to earn a terminal degree in Organizational Development and Change, a leading twenty-first century area of study and practice.
The program combines visits from internationally renowned visiting scholars and Cabrini’s expert faculty, exposing students to a variety of viewpoints for discussion.
A cohort model, in which students take all classes together, allows for extensive networking and relationship building throughout the program.
Master of Accounting
Cabrini University’s Master of Accounting (MAcc) program satisfies the requirement of 150 credit hours needed for Pennsylvania’s—and most other states’—board of accountancy to be licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
MAcc students enhance their in-depth knowledge by:
- learning about unique topics like international or forensic accounting
- developing leadership and communication skills
- strengthening responses to act ethically and in a socially responsible manner
Master of Science in Leadership (MSL)
This 30-credit program is designed for working professionals who want the skills and confidence to take on more leadership responsibility in their careers.
