Faculty Load and Compensation

Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) is the Banner module setup and implemented by IRE in 2016.  The system is now part of the business workflow in various units within Cabrini University.  The module is a collaborative tool used to pay instructional and non-instructional term job assignments. This web based process eliminates the need for a manual paper contract system.

The job assignments are electronically acknowledged through our online Cabrini Portal which prompts payment by the Payroll Office.
