Resetting Your Passwords (Using the Wizard)

If your password reset wizard is already set up, then skip to step 6. (Error? Click here for help)

1. Go to https://accounts.cabrini.edu
2. Log in with your username (typically initials followed by a few numbers) and CabriniOne password.
3. Click "Continue"
4. Click the "Setup" or "Change your settings" button at the top of the page to do the first step of setting up the wizard (Do not click the key icon):
   
   
   
   
5. Fill out the form to configure the wizard, then continue to step six. You have not yet reset any passwords.
6. Go back to http://accounts.cabrini.edu
   
   


7. Click the "Help! I forgot my password" link underneath the Sign in button to reset all your passwords. (Error? Click here for help)
   
   

Make sure that you not only configured the wizard but also clicked the Help! I forgot my password link.

Use the password reset wizard every 90 days to prevent login errors on campus computers and with library resources.

If you have difficulty completing this process, be sure that you not only configured the wizard but also used the wizard.  If you continue to have difficulty, call the Cabrini ITR Help Desk at 610-902-8366.  We cannot assist you with password issues via email, since it is not a secure medium.
