Resetting Your Passwords (Faculty & Staff)

There a few different ways to reset your password. Please read below to determine which method is best for you.

On campus at your Cabrini computer: (To reset just the domain password)

1. Press CTRL-ALT-DEL
2. Select "Change a password":
   
   


3. Enter your old password, then the new password twice:
   
   

Password requirements:

• Between 6 and 16 characters in length.
• Has at least two letters
• Has at least one number or symbol in the middle of the password, not only at the end or beginning.
• Does not contain an English word, your name or username
• Is 3 or more characters different from your previous Cabrini password and different from your last ten passwords

*This will only change your domain password, used for logging on to computers on campus and Exchange Email. It will not change your CabriniOne password
*This method is not available on Apple computers

Off campus:

To reset just the domain password off-campus, use the little keys in CAMS.

To reset all your passwords at once, you can use the Password Reset Wizard, which resets multiple passwords to be the same, including email accounts that you share with other people.  This may not be ideal for some Cabrini employees.

 
If you need assistance, please call the Help Desk at 610-902-8366. Our normal semester hours are 8am-9pm Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday. Our summer hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.  If you need your password reset at a time we are not in the office, send an email to itrhelp@cabrini.edu with your username and a phone number we can reach you at during the next business day.
