The Office of Residence Life staff consists of both administrative staff and undergraduate student staff. The Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life are responsible for overseeing the educational, disciplinary, operational, and assignment aspects of the department.
Area Coordinators: We have three Area Coordinators (ACs) who, in addition to managing all aspects of their assigned areas, also serve in counseling, supervising, advising, discipline, and programming roles. Area Coordinators reside on campus in an apartment within one of our residence facilities.
Resident Assistants: Resident Assistants (RAs) are undergraduate students enrolled at Cabrini College. These individuals are the community builders within our residence hall system. Each resident assistant is responsible for directing the programming and community enhancement incentives of a wing, floor, area, or house on campus.

George began working at Cabrini College in June of 2003. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, George received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Arts in College Student Personnel at Slippery Rock University.
Prior to joining the Cabrini College family, George worked in Residence Life at the University of Pittsburgh as the Assistant Director for staff recruitment, supervision and training. He has also held professional positions at Slippery Rock University and Carnegie Mellon University. |

Laura has been a member of the Residence Life team here at Cabrini since 2004. In her current role as Assistant Director for Housing Operations, Laura manages all housing assignments and room changes.
Prior to coming to Cabrini, Laura worked at Lehigh University as a Residence Life Coordinator. She attended James Madison University for graduate school and Ursinus College for undergrad. |

Susan is a graduate of Kutztown University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. While attending Kutztown, Susan was involved in many activities including Residence Life, Student Activities, Peer Education and Hall Government as well as playing lacrosse.
Since graduating from Kutztown, Susan has worked in Residence Life at Moravian College, Temple University and Monmouth University. Susan is currently perusing a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College. |

Krystal is a 2005 graduate of Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and a minor in Communications.
While attending Centenary, Krystal was involved in many activities including being an RA for two year, Speaker of Senate for Student Government Association for two years and a member of the Theta Epsilon Nu Sorority. Prior to coming to work for Cabrini, Krystal worked for Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA for a year as a Resident Director in their Residence Life department. |

Toni is a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. She graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Literature. While at Stockton, Toni was very involved on campus. She held board positions with Los Latinos Unidos (LLU) and NAACP and was a Resident Advisor for two years.
After graduating, Toni worked as a Coordinator of Residence Education and a Seasonal Specialist at her alma mater. Prior to coming to Cabrini Toni worked at the University of the Arts as an Area Coordinator in their Residential Life department. |

RJ is a 2006/2008 graduate of West Virginia University, where he worked in Residence Life for four years while earning Bachelor's degrees in English and Philosophy and a Master's in Educational Leadership, specializing in Higher Education Administration.
Before coming to Cabrini in 2009, RJ worked to establish a new Residence Life program at Garrett College in Maryland as Assistant Coordinator of Residence Life, where he also advised Student Government. In addition to working as a Resident Assistant, RJ held several student leadership positions as an undergraduate and completed hundreds of community service projects through Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-educational service fraternity. |

Corinne graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications. Corinne joined the Cabrini community in August of 2006 as a Customer Service Associate for Cabrini's Facilities Department.
In July of 2007 Corinne became the Administrative Assistant to the offices of Residence Life and Student Activities and is currently working on a Master's Degree in Education here at Cabrini College. | |
