Where do you find meaning in life? How do you act on your faith and beliefs?
The Wolfington Center encourages and challenges students to explore answers to these questions through a personal connection with the poor and marginalized in our community and across the globe.
Through our work with community partners—particularly our relationships with the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Catholic Relief Services, and Norristown—the Wolfington Center helps to weave our students' intellectual and spiritual development with commitments to social justice and human dignity.
What do students do in the Wolfington Center? Cabrini students recently:
- brought fair trade bananas and coffee to campus
- helped homeless men and women write resumés
- mentored children about college
- discussed social justice
- won scholarships for service and leadership
- lobbied Congress in Washington D.C.
- raised money to purchase anti-malaria nets
- made deep, lasting friendships with like-minded students and discovered greater purpose and meaning in their lives
