How do I arrange to take wedding photographs on campus? Contact the scheduling coordinator to check the availability of the date and location desired. Cabrini requires an insurance certificate from the photographer of each wedding party, and for non-alumni there is a $50 grounds use fee.
How do Cabrini staff, faculty, and students schedule a room for a College event?
For users with an account: Go to http://ems.cabrini.edu and then select My Account and log in. The user's short Cabrini email address and password are used to log in. Next enter the date, time, building, room, event name, event type, group type, contact information, and expected attendance of the event and submit the request. All requests must be made at least three working days in advance. THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST. THE SPACE IS NOT SCHEDULED UNTIL THE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF ADMINSTRATIVE SERVICES. If a request has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.
To check if a request has been approved, go to My Account and log in. Next go to Reservations and View My Requests. Next to the request, one of the following will show: Pending, Approved, or Declined. Click on the folder to the left to open the reservation. If you would like to cancel the request before it has been approved you may do so by choosing the Cancel option at the bottom of the page.
For users without an account: Please check the availability of the room on the room reservation web page, http://ems.cabrini.edu, before making a request. To do this, click Browse and then Browse for Space on the top left of the room reservations web page. Select a building and a date and select Search. If a space is available, it will appear white; if the space has already been reserved, it will be blocked in color. Please select a time and room that is open and go to http://www.cabrini.edu/reserveview on the Cabrini website (Meeting Room Availability).
Fill out the form with all needs that you may have for your event including facilities, ITR, and dining services. You will receive an email confirming your room reservation. If there is a space conflict, the Scheduling Coordinator will work with you to find an alternative space.
What should I do if I need to make changes to or cancel my original request? Send Rhoda Romanowski an email (rlr726@cabrini.edu) detailing the changes.
What should I do if what I need is not on the form? Please write in your needs on the form and the Scheduling Coordinator will work with you to meet the needs of your event. |
