30-Minute Workout - a quick, mid-day workout with a different focus each month September: Strength Training, October: CORE, November: High/Low Impact, December: Boot Camp
Body Bar Pilates - a more aerobic exercise that incorporates both the longer body bar (4-18 lbs.) and the smaller bar with pilates exercises to strengthen the entire body
Bootcamp - fun, creative, and intense workout that features strength training, cardio/conditioning exercises, and core work
Cardio Crazy - a cardio-based class that combines a variety of step, kickboxing, and sports conditioning exercises; appropriate for all fitness levels
Hatha Yoga - a unique yoga practice that incorporates controlled breathing with asanas (poses)
Kickboxing - a power-packed class designed to challenge your endurance and coordination; basic boxing punches and kicks are patterned into short combinations
Kundalini Yoga - one of the oldest yoga practices; a more aerobic workout that builds heart rate with rapid breath and movements; said to energize the spine
Mat/Ball Pilates - incorporating the stability ball in a basic Pilates class to obtain stability and strength
Mat Pilates - a series of core-strengthening exercises with breath control to keep the mind focused on keeping the abdominals engaged throughout the workout
Spinning - fun, creative, and intense workout on an exercise bike
Tai Chi/Gentle Yoga - a series of Tai Chi (slow movements) along with controlled breathing to relax the body and mind while moving very naturally in and out of nature-inspired poses
Yogalates - a series of yoga poses to build strength and flexibility, then a basic mat Pilates workout to strengthen the core
Zumba - fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program; rhythms and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat |
