Executive in Residence Cabrini College will bring two to three executive leaders to campus during each academic year for one‑ or two‑day on‑campus residencies to meet with students, faculty, and staff.
Several different options for leadership development are available at Cabrini, from non-credit certificates to a minor and a master’s degree.
LEADStrong Program Student Development at Cabrini offers the LEADStrong Program, a co-curricular certificate program designed to train leaders.
Leadership Studies Certificate The Leadership Studies Certificate allows students to study leadership theories for academic credit.
It requires two leadership courses for six academic credits, in addition to completion of LEADStrong. Students will have the benefit of “Certificate in Leadership Studies” on their academic transcript when they graduate.
Leadership Studies Minor Designed for students from all majors and disciplines, the Leadership Studies Minor is designed to assist students as they reflect on their personal style of ethical leadership and to prepare them for leadership positions in their future profession and community involvement.
Leadership Internship for Minors Students will have opportunities for real-world experience, preparing them to become leaders in any career they choose.
Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) The versatile MSL is designed to help professionals in virtually any field advance to positions of greater leadership. The program now offers three new concentrations—Organizational Leadership, Non-Profit Leadership, and Civic Leadership.
Leadership Advisory Council The leadership program will engage a team of industry and community leaders as primary advisors. This council will meet regularly and provide overall guidance.
