Cabrini College provides a variety of opportunities for students who want to participate in intercollegiate athletics, intramurals, club sports, or just get some exercise.
For men and women involved in intercollegiate athletics, Cabrini’s teams belong to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC), and the Colonial State Athletic Conference (CSAC).

The Dixon Center, Cabrini’s sports and recreation complex, houses a fitness center and strength training area, a 25-yard competitive swimming pool, locker rooms, squash courts, a dance/aerobic room, an indoor track, and a gymnasium with three full length basketball courts. The Dixon Center also hosts a variety of aerobics classes.
Intramural programs such as flag football, volleyball, basketball, squash, ultimate Frisbee, softball, and tennis give all students the opportunity to enjoy the spirit of competition.
Club sports offer are a great way to try your hand at something new, get to know like-minded people, and get the thrill of playing other schools. Cabrini’s student-run club sports include baseball, wrestling, cheerleading, dance, skiing, and roller hockey.
