Staff

The Office of Residence Life staff consists of both administrative and undergraduate student staff. The Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life are responsible for overseeing the educational, disciplinary, operational, and assignment aspects of the department.

Area Coordinators
We have three Area Coordinators (ACs) who, in addition to managing all aspects of their assigned areas, also serve in counseling, supervising, advising, discipline, and programming roles. Area Coordinators reside on campus in an apartment within one of our residence facilities.

Resident Assistants
Resident Assistants (RAs) are undergraduate students and the community builders within our residence hall system. Each Resident Assistant is responsible for directing the programming and community enhancement incentives of a wing, floor, area, or house on campus.

Sue began working at Cabrini College in October of 2006. Sue received a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Kutztown University and a master's degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.

Prior to joining Cabrini, Sue worked in Residence Life at Moravian College, Temple University, and Monmouth University.

Ellen Wagner

Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Drew University, where she studied studio art and psychology. She was active in Hall Council and the Student Alumni/ae Association and was an RA for first-year and upperclassmen communities.

Prior to joining Cabrini, Ellen was a Residence Hall Director at College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She managed the upperclassmen residence hall, advised the Inter-Organization Council, and coordinated campus activities.

RJ Carroll

RJ earned bachelor’s degrees in English and philosophy and a master’s degree in educational leadership, specializing in higher education administration at West Virginia University, where he worked in Residence Life for four years.

Prior to joining Cabrini in 2009, RJ worked to establish a new Residence Life program at Garrett College in Maryland as Assistant Coordinator of Residence Life, where he also advised Student Government. RJ also held several student leadership positions as an undergraduate and completed hundreds of community service projects through Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-educational service fraternity.

In addition to working in Residence Life, RJ also serves as a Regional Coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic Association of College and University Housing Officers (MACHUO) and advises the Cavs Against Cancer, Cabrini’s student group responsible for hosting the College’s annual Relay for Life.

Michael Mullen

Michael Mullen earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The College at Brockport, where he worked as a Resident Assistant. During his time at Brockport, Michael served as an inaugural member of the Student Conduct Board for 2 years.

Prior to joining Cabrini in 2010, Michael graduated with a master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where he held a graduate assistantship with the Office of Housing and Residence Life, as an Assistant Residence Director at IUP’s Punxsutawney Campus. During this time, Michael held an internship with IUP’s Culinary Academy in Financial Aid as well as with Clarion University’s Judicial & Mediation Services.

Lorraine began working in Residence LIfe at Cabrini College in January, 2012. She has been at Cabrini since November, 2006 previously working in Graduate Studies and the Registrar's Office.

Lorraine received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
