After receiving randomly generated lottery numbers, students attend “Room Pick” with their preferred roommates, suite‑mates, or apartment‑mates and should plan several housing choices for if their first choice is not available.
All roommates must be present. Groups pick according to the roommate with the best lottery number. Residence Life will keep a running display of available rooms.
Current resident transfer students are considered rising seniors, juniors, or sophomores based upon on their age and the first term they were admitted to Cabrini.
After Room Pick, Any unfilled spaces become available and may be filled by any eligible student, with no priority between current residents and commuters.
Students secure their housing housing selection by signing a housing agreement and submitting a $200 housing deposit, due at Room Pick immediately after selecting housing.

After selecting their rooms, students must also sign the Housing Agreement to secure housing. Students may sign the housing agreement at Room Pick.
