Students who complete the housing-selection process but are unable to secure housing during Room Pick will be placed on the housing waitlist in order of lottery number.
Students who do not complete their housing application by the deadline—March 15 at 5 p.m.—or who do not participate in Room Pick may be placed on a housing waitlist. They will be listed after students who participated in Room Pick in the order in which they submitted a housing application.
Students may request waitlist placement at any time for either housing in general or for a specific type of housing which they were unable to receive during Room Pick, such as a single room.
To be placed in housing and receive a room assignment, waitlisted students must be in good financial, academic, and disciplinary standing with the College and be registered for 12+ credit hours for the semester in which they are seeking housing.
Availability of housing for waitlisted students varies from year to year, and is partially dependent on the number of incoming first-year students requesting housing and completing the process.
As spaces become available throughout the spring semester and during the summer, Residence Life will offer housing to eligible waitlisted students.
