Students secure their housing housing selection by signing a housing agreement and submitting a $200 housing deposit, due at Room Pick immediately after selecting housing.
The housing deposit is a “down payment” that will be credited to the student's Cabrini account and deducted from the cost of housing.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Residence Life will will notify students if an extension is granted before participating in Room Pick.
Failure to submit deposit and sign the housing agreement at room selection or to register for classes by Friday, May 31, 2013 will forfeit priority placement and choice of housing.
Residence Life might reassign spaces to students on the housing waitlist.
The housing deposit is fully refundable until June 1, 2013 for any students who withdraw from 2013–14 housing in writing by that date.
Paying the Housing DepositStudents may pay their housing deposit by check or credit card up to and during their scheduled Room Pick.
Students can submit checks in person at the Residence Life Office (Widener Center second floor) during normal business hours.
To pay via credit card or e-check, students may log into Cabrini One and submit the deposit.
Step 1: Log into Cabrini One at http://one.cabrini.edu and click "Review eBill" under the Students tab.
Step 2: Select the tab for "eDeposits" at the top.
Step 3: Select the term for the deposit (Fall 2013).
Step 4: Select "Hous Contr Dep" as the deposit account.
Step 5: Continue to submit your payment information and receive your receipt/confirmation.
