New Students
Check-in for new students is Thursday, August 23, 2012 between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Students receive a specific arrival schedule based on building, floor, and room number prior to this date.
When you arrive on campus, please report directly to your assigned residence hall, where you will receive your room key, student ID card, and orientation packet.
Move-In Times by Residence Hall Assignment

8–9:30 a.m.: East Residence Hall 4th floor, Woodcrest 3rd floor, Xavier 100-144

9:30–11 a.m.: East Residence Hall 2nd and 3rd floors, Woodcrest 2nd floor, and Xavier 150-184

11 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Woodcrest 1st floor, Xavier 200-284
Coffee and water will be available to families from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the RAC.
Please adhere to this schedule so that we may allow traffic to move throughout campus as freely as possible. If you arrive on campus prior to your scheduled time, you may encounter heavier traffic and longer lines.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.
Transfer Students
Transfer Student Orientation begins at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 2012.
Resident transfer students will be able to pick up keys and move into their rooms after they have finished meeting with their advisor and scheduling their courses.
Residence Life staff members will distribute keys at the Resource Fair in Grace Hall from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
