Any questions regarding Summer Orientation should be directed to Richie Gebauer, Director of the First-Year Experience at 610-902-8592 or via email at gebauer@cabrini.edu. About Summer Orientation All incoming first-year students and their families will visit campus in preparation for the fall semester. Students can expect to meet other new students, develop a sense of community, learn more about Cabrini, and make new friends during Summer Orientation. Students invited to participate in Summer Orientation do not have to complete CabriniVision over the summer. Instead, they will complete the tasks outlined in CabriniVision while on campus during Summer Orientation. Summer Orientation complements New Student Orientation in August, when the whole class comes together to start their first year at Cabrini. - Peer Mentors will serve as hosts and share their experiences with new students.
- Faculty and staff will be available to answer questions and offer advice.
- Students will discuss Cabrini’s Justice Matters core curriculum and academic interests to help with fall course scheduling.
While students are engaged, family members in attendance will learn about the campus, the Cabrini experience, available resources, and how best to collaborate with Cabrini to ensure the success of their students.
