The Office of Student Diversity Initiatives advises all the ALANA (African-American, Latino, Asian, & Native American), and LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender), clubs and organizations on Cabrini's campus.
These clubs and organizations provide opportunities for students to showcase their cultural identities, advocate for specific student needs, serve as an affinity/support group while also planning enrichment events and activities.
The following clubs and student organizations are advised by the Office of Student Diversity Initiatives:
Black Student Union provides a venue to appreciate African American history, heritage and culture while striving to support an empower the Cabrini African American (Black) student body.
Pura Vida provides a venue to appreciate and promote Hispanic and Latin cultural awareness through social and cultural activities, and events.
OutREACH: GSA is Cabrini’s Gender & Sexuality Alliance which strives to educate students on LGBT related issues and teach the principles of "Allyship".
All student organizations must register through the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership in order to be recognized by the College.
