RADNOR, Pa. (April 18, 2011) — Woodcrest, the Cabrini College Department of English student literary magazine, earned the highest honor from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association at the 33rd annual College Media Advisors Convention last month.
CSPA honored the 2010 edition of Woodcrest with the Gold Crown Award for exemplary writing/editing, design, content, photography, and art.
Mary Gunheim ’10 and Shannon Fandler ’10 served as editors for the 2010 edition with support from current editors Brittany Ryan ’12 and Katie Parks ’12.
Dr. Seth Frechie, professor and chair of English, is faculty advisor for Woodcrest.
