Graduate and Professional Studies at Cabrini hosted its first Women's Leadership Conference, Inspiring Women: Breaking Down the Barriers to Success, on Oct. 10.
Keynote speaker Lori Wilson, co-host of The 10! Show and reporter for NBC10 News, led the group of participants in exploring challenges businesswomen face while striving to maintain a balance in their work and personal lives.
The free event included presentations by MSOL graduate Laura Bedrossian, Family Consultant at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Michelle McAllister, author of "22 Life Principles for the Ultimate Woman," and Pepper Krach, Current MSOL student and Principal and Executive Vice President, M.F. Irvine Corporate Solutions.
Panel discussions included the topics "What Do You Bring to the Table?" and "Changing Opportunities: Rethink! Reorder! Reprioritize!" The day concluded with a networking social, featuring a book signing by McAllister. MSOL students and graduates, led by advisor Brig Bowe, coordinated the event.
