Dr. James Hedtke, professor of history and political science, presents "What Happens to My Vote for President: the Mysteries of the Electoral College Revealed," on Thursday, Sept. 18, at 12:30 p.m. in the Grace Hall Boardroom.
This is the annual Constitution Day lecture, and it is free and open to the public.
Dr. Hedtke is an expert on the presidency and is the author of Lame Duck Presidents: Myth or Reality (The Edwin Mellen Press, 2002).
