"Motivating and Retaining Employees" is the topic of the next Bagels & Business, a free professional enrichment and networking event at Cabrini College for area professionals. Dr. Karen Lawson's interactive presentation will show factors that contribute to employee motivation, and explain techniques to improve employee performance. Dr. Lawson, representing the Lawson Consulting Group, was named one of "Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business" in 2005.
The next Bagels and Business event is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March 15, in the Mansion on the Cabrini College campus, 610 King of Prussia Road, Radnor.
The event is offered by the Institute for Leadership Studies in conjunction with the Master of Science in Organization Leadership degree program. Admission is free. Reservations are suggested.
