Clean Up in Chesterbrook Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to noon Celebrate Earth Day with a community clean up event at Wilson Park in Berwyn, Pa. Transportation will be provided and feel free to bring along your friends; all are welcome! Meet at Wilson Park or sign up for transportation from Cabrini College; vans depart at 9:30 a.m. and will return to Cabrini by 12:30 p.m.
Environmentally Themed Mass Sunday, April 21 Campus Mass at 7 p.m. will include an environmental prayer service beginning the Mass at the Peace Pole, weather permitting. Participants can sign the St. Francis Pledge to Care for Creation.
Take Care Fair Tuesday, April 23, from 12 to 3 p.m. on The Commons (Rain location: Grace Hall) The Green Team will sell water bottles and hand out information to educate the campus about the environment.
Arbor Day Tree Planting Friday, April 26, 2013 at 1 p.m. behind the Mansion The Grounds Crew will plant a fern-leaf beech to celebrate Arbor Day and Earth Week. Gus Feudale, Grounds Manager, will ask tree-related questions and give out prizes! All are welcome to attend. |
