Printing
The majority of library computers are connected to network printers. To discourage waste and to cover some of the cost of printing, students are given an allotment of free printing each semester and charged for printing above that amount. The printing policy was developed by the Information Technology and Resources Department. Students can check their print usage at: http://www.cabrini.edu/itr/usage/ Students may print up to 250 pages during each semester free-of-charge, which is tracked through our system of authentication (log-on). After reaching the limit of 250 free copies, a student must pay an additional printing fee of $25 to the Business Office, as is done for all other college bills. Once the fee is paid, the student’s print count will be reset to an additional 250 pages. During the last month of the term 50 page additional increments may be purchased for $10. Each semester the free allotment of printing will be reset to 250 pages. Last revision: March 13, 2008
