Transfer Orientation will give you an opportunity to meet faculty, staff, and students, and also learn about academic requirements and campus resources available to assist you.
Staff and students will be on hand to help find rooms and to answer questions.

8 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Registration & Move-In for Resident Students Assigned Residence Halls Students receive an email about the designated time they are alloted to move in.
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Registration for Commuter Students Jazzman's Café, Widener Center
12:45 p.m.: Students Meet with their Orientation Group Meeting Locations Noted in Orientation Packets
1 p.m.: Partnering with Parents Workshop Iadarola Center
3:15 p.m.: Welcoming Mass Dixon Center
4:30 p.m.: Matriculation Ceremony Dixon Center
5:15 p.m.: Family Picnic on The Commons Enjoy this opportunity to spend some relaxing time with family and to meet some new friends.
In the event of rain, the Family Picnic will be moved to three indoor locations: Cavs Corner, Grace Hall, and the Dixon Center.
New students and families will receive notification of their location after Matriculation.

All campus offices will be open for regular business hours.
The Cavalier Express Center will be open for regular business hours to answer any questions students may have with regard to their bill, financial aid, etc.
Visit Public Safety to have IDs made or the Bookstore to purchase books and other supplies.
The Mail Room will be open for new resident students who have questions about their mailbox and new address.
Representatives from the Admissions Office will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions.
Resident students may pick up keys and move into their rooms after meeting with their advisor and scheduling their courses.
Students can visit the Residence Life Office to receive keys.
