Description: Develop your own exquisite leadership qualities using the Inside-Out model of understanding, in this four-week series, offered as part of the Alumni and Career Serivces Office's Cavaliers in Transition (C.I.T.) Program.
In four Tuesday-evening workshops beginning January 22, participants will learn how to find clarity in any circumstance in order to direct and lead a team, department, or organization to greater levels of success.
Alumni and students are welcome to participate in one or all four workshops to discover how to shed limiting beliefs, develop a team of consistently self-motivated employees, and access the genius within themselves and their team.
